Browning 25-06 ??

I'm looking at picking up a gun and would like to hear your comments about the gun and advice on a fair price. The gun is a Browning 25-06 A-Bolt Stainless Stalker, it is not BOSS equipped. Anyone have one or know much about them. I'm familiar with the Browning quality but not this gun in particular. Any feeback appreciated.

I have a SS in both 27 and 7mm and they are both tack drivers.. Can't think of any reason why the 25-o6 wouldn't be very good as well. Be glad it doesn't have the BOSS.

How is the recoil for the 25-06? The reason I ask is because I've got an old Ruger 30-06 that bucks like a horse. I don't really mind it, but I was just wondering how the 25 compares to the 30. My manager at work said his dad hunted with a 25, and said that he thought it kicked worse than a 30 did. I have a hard time believing this. Can you give me your thoughts? Thanks
