Butter-grilled Angus Sirloin, and Fondant Potatoes

Girls are running away to Boise for a couple days, so cleaned out the fridge tonight for them. Got out a nice hunk of Angus-beef sirloin and managed 4 good trimmed steaks out of it. They had a shipment of Aloha peppers, and I cut up some russet cylinders for Fondant potatoes (in butter and chicken stock). Two dozen Littleneck clams topped it off!

Done some smashed Brussels sprouts in the air fryer! Cost them in flour,egg, seasoning and Italian bread crumbs!
