Cats in area 10?

Anyone know if the nubers are high in 10? I will be there for a week and wonder if I should be extra carefull with any meat we get.

There's a ton of cats in the area you'll be hunting. We cut tracks all the time. We had a cat kill a deer right on the trail out of camp. I've had to leave deer on the mountain overnight and never had a problem, except with the dam magpies. They darn near ate a whole deer before I could get back to get it.

I've never seen a cat but have seen plenty of sign. They are there! fatrooster.

We saw a cat the first day of the bowhunt this year, tons of sign. Last year a cat killed a spike buck right in the middle of the trail up to Overland. We also heard a cat screaming down near our camp in Long Hair Canyon.
