Ceviche and Ribeye

Made Shrimp Ceviche and some Ribeye on the grill. Mrs DM remembered the last time someone made Ceviche she didn't care for it. Well, she hammered down on it tonight. With lemon, lime, cucumber, red onion, avocado, roma tomato, shrimp and jalapeno. Was a good one.

It looks charred to perfection. My propane ran out during the cook and had to switch tanks. Otherwise it would have been better. Lost my 475° temp.

It would be great ! Salmon and Steelhead make decent Ceviche too.
