When football snacks become a tasty dinner! Those leftover McNuggets sauteed in butter, to top the dish. Penne pasta, in a tomato cream sauce with parm and mozzarella. Fried cherry tomato halves on the pasta. Cold cherry tomato halves with mozzarella pearls and sweet balsamic glaze. Parm toast. Should have opened a new box of wine.
