Finished my taxes this morning, and needed to get the MIL's (that passed away) taxes done also. I hate this time of year. I was a grouchy busturd, and it took me right up to almost 5:00 PM. Wife hadn't eaten much today, and wanted carbs. I had thawed out two chicken breasts, and had some pasta in the cupboard. Rooted around in the fridge and pantry and came up with dinner. Chicken, fettuccine noodles, flour, white wine, chicken broth, capers, sun dried tomatoes, bacon, heavy cream ought to do it. Plenty of pepper and garlic should take it over the top! Made the sauce loose enough to use over rice in the future.
