Haha, love it. That was one of my first thoughts too!! Actually, start by mixing up some sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and water. Get it up to a boil and put the peaches in (cut side down) for about 4 minutes. Turn them over so skin side is down, and cook another 4-5 minutes. Remove from the pan. You want to be able to pinch the skins off, but not have them mushy! Then throw in some raspberries and reduce the liquid down by half.
