Colo unit G6

My dad drew a goat tag for unit 6 just wondering if anybody had any tips on this unit? where to start, best trail heads, are they easy or hard to find, do you need horses? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks bownut

Guess nobody has hunted here, This might be harder than i thought. There has to be goats up there somewhere, DOW says there are 175 in this area. If anybody knows of anyone that has even seen goats in this area please let me know, It is from Vail to Frisco and to the north, Thanks

Thanks for the info guys that will at least get us started in the right direction. This is pretty exciting being the first time that either dad or I has drawn a sheep or goat tag. Hopefully this will just be the first one. Thanks again, bownut
