They Caught a couple at Church a year or so ago that had turned some Dogs in with the Kill time turned in at a time they knew they were somewhere else besides the Kill Sight!

I see quite a number of Utah plates in the eastern part of NV out on the dirt roads. Stop and chat with them and they usually admit they are "looking around." Had a few over the years admit they were hunting for dogs.
