Greetings, planning a late September Archery Elk hunt in the Coos Bay Area for this season. Wondering if anyone who has hunted it recently would be willing to chat about their experience. Feel free to direct message me!

I haven't hunted it for a while, but the last time I bought a Weyerhaeuser permit. Not sure how much they cost now, but may be worth it.

You'll 100% want to go online and buy a Weyerhauser Permit. Most of that area is behind locked gates but with a permit you'll have a key and can open gates and drive into the area. Coos Bay- Millicoma (spelling?) is the name of that permit area I believe. That specific permit area goes on sale in June.
