Corned beef, red 'taters, and cabbage

One of my favorite meals. Nickman gives me $hit for liking it because he thinks it is a good way to ruin good beef. Oh well, all three are in the crock pot right now. Anyone else like this meal? PC

We use the oven for the Corned Beef and then add the juice after cooking with veggies in an Insta Pot. It works great. I love Frank's Hot Sauce onntge finished goods.

The spousal unit is going to be putting pretty much the same thing in the crockpot in about 30 minutes. Looooooove me some corned beef with a little mustard or horseradish on it.
