I wouldn't worry about the list. The last 6-8 yrs there have been at least 100-200 leftover tags for units 80/81 for cows. And I highly doubt that those numbers will change.

Does Unit 62 usually have any left over cow elk tags for the second season? I will be hunting muledeer at that time and thought maybe pick up a cow elk tag if possible. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.
