I clipped Eastmans 2012 Projected State application deadline & drawing grid and it said the Utah drawing was supposed to be the end of April. the drawing deadline is one of those facts i don't double check because i just figure it will happen when it happens, but their accuracy in the MRS section was more than a little suspect this year.
