Got out frozen pork tenderloins and a beef eye of round today. Got distracted and totally lost track of time, and it was five o'clock before I knew it, and neither one was thawed out all the way. Insta-Pot to the rescue! Plenty of spuds, carrots and celery to add, and the roast I steaked out and cubed up. Came out delicious with fresh baked bread.
