Do I have to buy a license?

So I drew a big game tag. Do I need to buy a new hunting license since mine expired shortly after applying?

The way I read it no but maybe I missed something.

If that's the only hunt you plan on doing in Utah, then no, you are good with just your tag. But don't get caught with a dead cottontail in camp or you're in big trouble. No grouse hunting either.

Do they mail the Utah tags or do you have to print off of the web like in New Mexico? If they mail them, when do they do that?
