Here are a few better pics. I found this buck a few weeks ago on the only scouting trip I could make. Found him again at last light day before the hunt, and killed him opening morning. I thought he might go 180 when done growing. boy was I wrong. Ground Growage Big thanks to those that offered advice, help.

Congratulations!
I am really impressed with you getting it done on that great of a buck. I just returned from a week of scouting on the Pauns and I don't think I saw any bucks better than that down there.
I'm going to throw a quick guess out on score and say 187 gross.
If I see a buck that good on my fourth season Gunnison Hunt this year I will give it my best shot to kill him.

He scores 192. When I saw him three weeks ago, I didn't get a great look but I was thinking he might go 180 if he finished strong. He was the best buck I saw on my only scouting trip. I found him the night before the hunt and didn't try to add up inches, And didn't care. I knew when I walked up to him he was a lot bigger than I was thinking.

I'm really hoping the guys that bumped this buck opening morning are on here and chime in. It's a great story of Karma. ???? so if you're on here say hi. ?

Nearly a perfect buck. His outside spread isn't that great but his frame makes him outstanding!

Congrats on a beautiful buck. Always look forward to seeing pictures from sucessful hunters. I'll be heading up to the Books for the muzzy hunt to help my buddy fill his tag. I had a muzzy tag in '16 and had a blast.

I'm betting it's along the lines of ?if I can't get him, I'll make damn sure you can't either? something along those lines...
 
I saw a buck out on the Books the first year it opened up LE with the exact same frame and one side kicker. I called him the Book Buck in the Books!

I passed this buck up during the 2016 deer hunt. He was a small 4x4, only about 18" wide... but deep forks. So, ya know... You're welcome.!!

All kidding side- This is a stud buck. Way to get it done..!!

Phenomenal buck for the Books, Congrats, I know of a couple other studs killed out there this year. I had him at 191.5 before I read further and seen you posted the score. Good job.

Would like to hear more about the Karma as well LOL.
