...T-bone out of the freezer yesterday since it was about 'steak time.' This was one of the six $3.46 lb. ones we bought on sale several weeks ago. Matched it up with some fries & leftover squash from the previous night. Alas, the steak out-played me; I had to save a hunk I couldn't finish & will use it as a breakfast steak manana.
