DWR proposals?

I was wondering what everyone on here thought about what the DWR Utah could do for the deer herds? What kind of management plans do you think they could do? I am doing research to talk to them

kill a deer every other year.buy. a tag thats good for 2 years but you only get one deer. keeps people hunting'moneykeeps flowing. cut harvest in half. working people could af ord. tags.dwr would not lose monely. more deer.win win.

If the dwr was allowed to focus more effort on managing deer instead of hunters, perhaps more headway could be gained...
