Early archery Javelina hunt

Who has early archery javelina tags? My first javelina hunt - looking forward to it. Any advice? How bad are the snakes down south this time of year? I have 36A/B/C?

I have the same tag. carry a pistol to "chamr" the snakes.

BEEN OUT IN 36A LOOKING AROUND FOR MULEYS NO SNAKES BUT ALWAYS SEE THE SAME HERD OF ABOUT 20 PIGGIES ON SAME HILL LOOKING NICE OUT THERE WITH ALL THE RAIN

Don't suppose you'd want to help a guy find those pigs? I went out this morning and found two mulies (does) and some Coues, but no pigs. No snakes so far either which is good.

It is looking great out there - amazing how much grass grows and how the desert turns green when it rains.

I havent been able to find pigs lately... just deer!

Hunt opens Aug. 24th, so next weekend. Saw more deer and coyotes this weekend, one flat tire, but no pigs. I'll send you a pm.
