Eastern Idaho sage grouse

Anybody have any luck for the opening of sage grouse this weekend? seeing many birds? I can't make it out until next weekend. Good luck to everyone!

Nope, it was so wet yesterday morning nothing was flying. I didn't see anything but by the way my dog was running I can assume they were running. Went out later for Duskys and nothing flushed. Wet wings I guess?



The more people I meet the more I like my dogs

We put up 40+ birds Saturday between rain storms and lightning.

We flushed an honest 150 birds + on Sunday. They got wild in a hurry.

Twice we had flushes of 40+ birds on Sunday.
