Eastern Oregon Spring Bear

Has anyone done well on the south or west blue mtns spring hunt I elk and deer hunt over in northside and desolation units and have never seen one. I was just curious what units on these hunts are good and where the bears would be and feeding on. I will probably apply in 2010 because I want to kill a color phase bear. So 2009 will be back glassing units on the coast. Any info will be appreciated thanks.

fall 2008 Mt Emily unit saw 6 other bears in two days.
