Elk at the Gorge

Any one hunt Elk around the Gorge? How is your record or are you consistantly seeing bulls?

I'm not sure if it is a limited entry unit but I've consistantly seen huge bulls on the south east shore between the Dam and Mustang Ridge. Every year I fish there I see big bulls without fail.

Thats LE for elk---3-Corners draw tag. It got burned up fairly bad last summer. Did the fire get down lower to the shoreline towards Mustang ridge campground? Ever see any Rams along there?

I don't think it got all the way down and even though it burnt there were still good bulls in the area. I've seen some huge rams on the beach on the west side of Mustang Ridge.
