Elk Korean style.

Trying out a homemade recipe we took some elk and venison steaks and marinated them overnight in Korean BBQ sauce and half of can of beer. Put the steaks on the BBQ hot fire and cooked the steaks to medium rare.

About a minute on each side. Fabulous
