i picked these up after work on wensday. they were about 10 yards apart. a big little set 7x7 enjoy. AQ

I love big elk sets and that is a big set! And by next year i'm going to have a couple. I'm going to start keeping close tabs on elk during the winter. Mainly around the time they shed so i know exactly where to look. I know a big herd of wintering elk can shed in a vast area. From what i have learned and seen is that they will shed from the higher wintering elevations to thier summering range. I guess it depends on the snow. And most of the big elk dont even come down. So i guess i have my work cut out for me.
