Going to Freeze this after done and then Freeze-Dry it in our Harvest Right. Everything but meat out of our garden. Carrots, Red Spuds, Basil, Thyme , White Onion, Tomato Paste even. It will be my Backpack or Elk Camp Meals.

Did add a little Ghost Pepper Sauce for heat.

It seems good so far. We are started on 80 eggs getting them done and then this Stew. We sealed everything that was ready in the Mylar bags with Oxygen Absorbers last night before bed. There was one bag of Strawberries that we have to put back in for a little drying time. We do love it so far.
