Field Pics of a bear hide

A couple of questions related to the photo below. Pics of a bear just after a kill are cool but sometimes the actual raw bear hide pics can be really interesting for showing off the size of the trophy. How do you rig the hide to take a picture like this? Do you just use 2x4s or even small lodgepole pines with nails? It seems like I see pics like this coming from outfitter camps more frequently. I assume the pics might have a more practical basis--to cool them down, air them out, and begin the fleshing process or maybe it is primarily just a way to display the trophy? If any of you have done it please share your experience about how to do it. Better yet, post your own pics. (I've seen variations on this where the hide is tacked to a barn or even a boat and those are cool too.)
