Found an Elk Tenderloin in the Freezer

How the heck does that happen? Perfectly wrapped and labeled, just fell behind some other packages. Rolled it across the 450 degree grill, 1 1/2 minutes on each of 4 sides. Peppercorn Merlot reduction, baked tater with butter-bacon-blue cheese, and a piece of fresh broccoli. Yummy!!!
