Yesterday I found a GPS in an area in Northern Utah. If you lost it and can tell me the model of the unit, its color, and the area it was lost, I will gladly send it back to you.

Just go back to the area you found it and look for someone wandering aimlessly.

If they are that lost they shouldn't be in the mountains period. Figuring that I found it 200 yards off the main road into the area and lying on the shoulder of the heavily traveled forest service road.
I lost my GPS once...I also sat on my GPS once, and then cracked the screen (dif story).
When I lost it, I wondered why they didn't have an app where you could find it.
But, if they would have had such an App, I would have thought that it was malfunctioning as it would have showed that the thing was in my house...turns out, that the GPS was in a hard to access pocket in a pack (that you access from inside the main compartment...I took everything out and it still had a lump in it).
