Fresh Baked Asparagus, with a Side of Filet

Man, it doesn't get much better than fresh asparagus (baked at 375 for 10 minutes) with a perfect Prime filet, sautéed mushrooms, and a loaded Idaho baker!!!

I've never tried baked asparagus. I usually just steam them & eat sprinkled with a bit of balsamic vinegar.

Steak is perfect!
 
Normally, I would have just done them on the grill while doing steaks. This time, oven was hot from the baked potatoes and I was standing at the stove anyway, doing the mushrooms. All about efficiency!!
