I love tri-tips, and if you get bigger ones they are amazing for marinating and grilling. The other day, I got a package of just tri-tip cut ends and needed something to do with them This came to mind and it was GOOD! Could use any of your venison for this too. I cleaned them up good, cubed them into 1" pieces, seared them in the INSTA-POT and then cooked on pressure setting for 25 minutes in a little au jus and red wine. So tender, they just cut with a fork, and melted in your mouth.
