Anyone have any contacts on Glade Park? Outfitters? Tresspass fee? Any pointers to get started?

Thinking on hunting unit 40 this fall.

I do have some barter/trade to offer in exchange if anyone is willing to start some dialog...

Hey Chad. How you doing? You finally giving up on 61? We're going to use our elk points and go muzzleloader hunting this year in CO. We're not going to spend our lives chasing a premo tag. How did the buck hunting go last year?

Most of the outfitters up there are big money as far as what they charge for fees. A few of them can offer the chance at a really big bull. 2V, king ranch, and mountain island are some of the biggest outfits.

The best bang for your buck guide would be with Mike Lawson. Great guy and takes a lot of good animals.

Tresspass fees are not available as they want you to buy a guided hunt to be on their land.

Westernsky is right on about Mike Lawson, he is good guy and a great outfitter for the money, and kills quite a few 300+ bulls every year... beartrap35
