We got our house under contract last week, and are getting closer to getting the new home in Nampa, Idaho finalized. Had to run over there, so I seasoned and started marinating, and wet aging two Prime ribeyes in the fridge before we left. Tonight was seven days for that. Steak, tots, veggies, and poppers. Please excuse the fact that I am addicted to the TGIF breaded poppers for snacks.
. Included a big hunk of grilled Mexican sweet onion. Thought it all came out great, and the wife was pleased. She's got dinner for tomorrow.
