Got skunked in Nevada..next question..

So I got skunked in Nevada, and as I have previously posted in Utahs forum, I have been unable to hunt for 3 years due to military commitments. I would like to buy a Utah archery elk tag, however I have no idea where the best place to hunt would be. I am anxious to see if anyone would offer up some friendly advice. I am in desperate need to harvest something. Thank you in advance for any time and thoughts you may have on this topic.
