Nothing says comfort food like snowing and blowing outside, and last night's yummy leftovers!! Shredded up all the leftover short ribs, sautéed some mushrooms and onions under melty Gruyere cheese on fresh bolillo rolls, seasoned waffle fries, and Cole slaw.
I love beef short ribs but don’t find them any more… where do you get yours? Special order? Custom processing? The grocery stores I frequent don’t carry them…
No, just the local grocery. The real problem is they have gotten so popular, they are damned expensive! I see them as high as $9/lb and that's ridiculous. These were on sale for $4.99 and that's a bargain.
