Damn, that seems like you had some really bad luck. With the increase in tags, you would think 7 points would get you a good tag. Did you only put in for a couple of choices?

We put in with Mitch Buzzetti at Nevada High Desert Outfitters.Hopefully your experience was with someone else.Friends have hunted elk with him and had a blast.

I put in for 3 choices, hard to draw. So it was somewhat expected.

Mak...you got a really good tag IMO. I'm sure MB knows where the migration corridors are for timing when the deer are traveling. It will be flippin cold. You should see some monster elk. Glass, glass & more glassing. And you'll be able to shoot a ton of yotes if you want. Good luck & have fun!

ABQ It does not get much better than hunting big mulies with Greg. Partner and I hunted with him 4 years ago, had an awesome hunt. Good luck to you and keep us posted.
