In honor of a special day, I had to have Reuben stuffed mushrooms, with home made Thousand Island dipping sauce. Mixed all the meat, kraut, cheese, and sauce - then overstuffed them. Girls wanted traditional cream cheese, cheddar, sausage, Panko to go with their beef stew. Boy, it was good!!!
