To destroy National Monuments just because the extremists of this country is forcing there progressive agenda onto all citizens of this once proud Nation of Freedom.
When will leaders of the United States of America with some common sense finally say enough is enough!
Or is there no leaders of the United States of America that has the ability or strength to lead us out of the minorities bullying tactics.
Are the leaders of the United States of America so afraid of the media that they dare not stand for all Americans.
I am humiliated and sadden to read of such great landmarks as President Roosevelt and President Grant get taken away from the history of this once great Nation that was once called The United States of America.
 
The condition we are witnessing is a result of a popularity contest and the bottom line on a financial sheet.

These scumbags seem to forget they are compromising everyone's history, not just their own and what they want it to be. They need to quit thinking the privilege is theirs to apologize for actions we had nothing to do with.

The next undertaking will be to remove the faces from Mt. Rushmore.

The Confederacy probably still would have lost if it was not for President Grant. But inorder for the Union to have reunited with the Confederacy the Union would have had to give the Confederacy some concessions.

My problem is no one is standing up and saying enough is enough, no one is speaking for the majority.
The question I got is the Republicans stating quiet just because they know it will help them come November? Because if they are that is just about as despicable as the Dems using this issue to try and drive there left wing progressive agenda.

And hopefully (never gonna happen) this fleeing the blue cities will realize it was their policies that put them in that position. Not try to force them in other places.

Right now in Utah we are having a primary for governor.

There are MULTIPLE R candidates trying to be the R candidate.

So NOW is when you filter out who amongst the R candidates supports your ideas.

When folks like YOU try to play the “we have to accept Mike Lee trying to sell of public land,........because Misty Snow......”

And after years of no ammendment banning abortion, multiple attempts to sell of public land, no bill closing deficit spending, etc, etc, etc. YOU were wondering where leadership was.

It hasn’t been elected in the Senate from Utah for YEARS. Why did you expect something different?

And yes i am a registered Republican so I do vote for the canidates that I believe best represents me.
Unlike you that has stated in past posts that you at the time you do attribute your name to either the R or the D party. Pepole pushed you on this issue about not being a registerd Republican and you never corrected them. By not being registered as a Republican according to Utah Republican rules you can not vote in the Republican primaries.
So by not voting you are a vote for whom ever is popular.
You deserve the Mike Lees and Mit Romneys of the political world.

There is less support in the Senate and House of Representatives for the selling of public lands than there is for banning abortions. Senator Lee continues to beat two dead horses inorder to rally his voting base.
Bolth party's have there specific items Democrats gun control Republicans ban abortions. Do you notice when ever either party has control of bolth the Senate and the House of Representatives they do not pass either bill. That is because them topics is only meant to whip up there base. Bolth partys know if they were ever able to pass either agenda the party that passed the bill would be destroyed in the next voting cycle by the moderates.
The problem is the Republicans have became afraid and whimsy so they do nothing and the Democrats have been taking over by the socialists party.
So yes I will continue to vote for the Mike Lees (probably not the Mitt Romneys) of the political world because I know there extremists views will not go through but at least Mike Lee will fight the socialists i won't vote for Romney because he won't fight the socialists.

Again, YOU ARE WRONG.

I just mailed in my R primary ballot. You don’t have to be a lifelong R. You can simply register for the ballot you would like to vote on.

Since I am an I, but also a realist, registering a D vote in Utah is pointless for Gov.

I will now simply unregister as an R.

Then when pollsters look at R numbers, or D numbers I won’t be among them.


Trump don’t come to Utah because there is no point.

Same as Biden.

They spend a ton of time, and energy on “swing states” though. And swing states get their issues addressed because of it.

Utah is a 2am booty call for the R.

Despite what you think, you can be CONSERVATIVE and not be a R.

At the very least you could make them work for it.

Roadrunner, I wasn't thinking about the masses bringing there idiocy with them. I was thinking more about the impact of that a mass migration would have on the environment. Stuff like more houses and roads being built on winter range and migration routs or the increase in demand for water from rivers that are already over adjudicated. More people in the inter mountain region is going to have impacts on wildlife and public land, some will be big and many small. If there is a mass migration of people leaving the cites it will be much harder to deal with the impacts than if the growth is spread out over years.
If a person cares about wild places you need for there to be big cities that are vibrant places where people want to live and do business. Sadly the current leadership in the places like Seattle and many other cities is ether unwilling or unable to deal with the rot that is taking place at their door. In some places the leadership seams to even be enabling the decay. Again this neglect by the leadership in the cities is not going to end well for wild places and wildlife. In the long run this could have more negitive impacts than a handful of bat ---- crazy politicians that are pushing PLT .
 
For now, as long as these areas arr federal lands, they are safe from expansion.

UT needs to quit hiring these land transfer re-treads every election cycle...
 
I took this picture form a different sight. No one should think that more people moving to the inter mountain west to escape the rot in the big west and east coast cities will not have negative consequences for Public land. Coming to a National Forest near you.

The only way expansion is the public lands region can happen is the development of already existing private land.

The entire system as we know it would have to change to allow for development of public lands.

One of he biggest issue facing outdoorsman directly with this big city drama is all the people living on top each other in the big cities leaving, and when they leave they all are going to want their own acre now due to covid scares.

There is going to be a massive habitat loss coming due to the population growth and expansion. Its hard for people to notice it seems but we are just one giant island, it can only hold so many before we have to live like rats and eat synthetic foods.

I'm just glad I'm half way through life but I fear for the next few generations.
