Healthy and Hearty Spinach Wrap

After 3 days of driving to/from Salt Lake City, hoteling, eating weekend wedding junk food, and cheap booze it was nice to finally get back home to normal. One of our youngest grand-daughters got married to a nice, stand up young man who loves her to the moon and is so good to her. We welcomed him into the family with open arms, and look forward to many years of happiness with them. Missed having a simple meal in my own kitchen!
