how do i post pictures from my hard drive? do i have to have a web page?

First you have to put your pictures in a picture hosting site such as Imagestation (there are a few others). Then click on your picture once you have it there. Copy the url and paste it into the message box here.

Seems to be an abundance of this going around now. I remember not knowing how to do it either. Brian has this tutorial already put together for us, I suggest reading it.
