Well it looks like Hillary has been found to have not played by the rules. It's interesting in that they decided to go back and find fault with the previous secretaries of state to try to minimize her damage. So dude you better pop the cork on your Crown Royal it would appear she may have more problems than she thought. But she's confident they won't find anything... how will we ever know since she destroyed so many emails!

This could get interesting in that contrary to Dudes spin as many of us said she violated policy and didn't get approval for her private server. Wonder why? Gee since she got turned down for previous requests to use other items outside of policy guess she knew it was futile to ask....could their blatant disregard of the law and national security policy finally caught up to the Clintons?

Hmm one things for certain it's going to be interesting how they spin this....could this be the first shoe dropping before the FBI report comes out? Obama's in a pickle now and let's see if he throws Clinton to the wolves if not who do they sacrifice.......I'll bet dudes panties are in a wad just like Hillary's.....Just kidding dude we know you didn't do it but you sure went to bat for her buying the liberal spin. How do they let her off the hook? We all know it's coming but how do they manipulate the law to pull it off? How do the dems align with her now who will stand next to her on the podium? She's Kryptonite now even for them.

Obama is very close to Uncle Joe and he and Clinton hate each other. Been waiting for him to trip her up so Joe can run with Hiawatha Warren.

This is not news where have you been? we know she broke the rules but did she break the law? and if she did will there be charges? normally there are not though I'm sure you'd make an exception.

If you succeed your prize will be Bernie as your next president as he hammers Trump in every poll. enjoy

I kind of lost track but I think this is about the 48th time they said "We got her now".

Wake me up if it really happens. :)

>find anything... how will we
>ever know since she destroyed
>so many emails!

Anything short of a complete Gutmann wipe or equivalent (PGP shred or DoD wipe) will leave artifacts that can be forensically recovered. If the files were simply deleted at the filesystem level, they're easy to recover, and there will be data in the slack space as well. The computer guys at the FBI have a lot of expertise and experience doing filesystem forensics.

Pelosi just came out to run blocker for Hillsy, the establishment is positioning itself. There is a difference between Hillsy and her predecessors when it comes to updated rules and policies.

LAST EDITED ON May-25-16 AT 04:01PM (MST)[p]Pelosi has nothing to loose by backing Hillary and keeping the status quo. As for the difference between Hillary and her predecessors and your liberal progressive spin. Hillary has taken it to a higher plane as did Obama over any of their predecessors except for maybe Tricky D!ck. At least Tricky D!ck had a pair of brass ones to bow out when caught.
Hillary and Obama just brush it off by blaming Bush or someone else. I let you decide who is more despicable.

RELH Does this mean you won't be one of the majority in California voting for Clinton? I find her unlikeable and dishonest as well and won't vote for her. it's a shame that the Republicans totally dropped the ball because as dishonest as Clinton is she's more honest than The Donald and way more qualified. Trump looks a lot like the playground bully which he is. His demographics show he's popular with whites that make under $30,000 and have a high school education not a base you win on.

Have you prepared yourself to accept she will win and the only victory the party could achieve is to hold onto Congress although this is not a guarantee. I'm not sure what the Republican Party will look like next year but it will change or it will go the way of the Whigs.

Cornhusker your BS is only as good as far as you can throw your soiled shorts. Hillary got caught lying again and even the liberal press is disclosing it this time.

(CNN) ? A State Department Inspector General report said former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton failed to follow the rules or inform key department staff regarding her use of a private email server, according to a copy of the report obtained by CNN on Wednesday.

The report, which was provided to lawmakers, states, "At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department's policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act."

The report examined record keeping laws, policies and practices at the State Department from 1997 to present.

In producing the report, the Inspector General's office interviewed former Secretaries of State Madeleine Albright, Colin Powell, and Condoleezza Rice.

Clinton and several of her staff members during her tenure declined to be interviewed, the report said.

The report draws attention to two staff members in the Office of Information Resources Management, who back in 2010 "discussed their concerns about Secretary Clinton's use of a personal email account in separate meetings with the then-Director" of their office.

DOJ grants immunity to ex-Clinton staffer who set up email server

The report says, "According to the staff member, the Director stated that the Secretary's personal system had been reviewed and approved by Department legal staff and that the matter was not to be discussed any further."

According to the state dept. report Hillary did not get state dept approval for setting up her personal server and conducting State Dept. business on it. Gee! I guess she was lying her butt off in all those videos where she got approval or complied with all the rules and did nothing wrong. You can have her Cornhusker and her dishonesty and deceitful ways as your liberal poster child.

Nevada chaos should worry Democrats
How Donald Trump captures the White House

For the first time in this long election campaign, Republican Donald Trump has pulled ahead of Democrat Hillary Clinton in the RealClearPolitics average of national polls.

Mrs Clinton's double-digit lead, which she has held over the past several months, has vanished - and with it, apparently, Democrats' dreams of a transformational 2016 victory that would leave Republicans wandering the wilderness for a generation.

What happened? A closer look at those poll numbers offers some clarity.

Republicans have rallied around Trump

Donald Trump gives a thumbs-up with NRA leaders
Conservatives, including leaders of the National Rifle Association, are falling in line behind Donald Trump

Remember the #NeverTrump movement? No one in the Republican Party seems to. While certain pundits (Bill Kristol) and politicians (Mitt Romney) continue to tilt at the independent-conservative-candidate windmill, the rank and file of the party appear to be falling in line behind their presumptive nominee.

According to a Washington Post survey, 85% of Republicans plan to vote for their man. A New York Times offering finds a similar number.

As for the party establishment, most prominent officeholders seem to either be backing Mr Trump or trying their best to disappear into the scenery. Even Senator John McCain, whose war record was belittled by Mr Trump last summer, has said he'll support the party nominee.

While there still seems to be significant interest in a third-party candidate - 44% of respondents told Washington Post pollsters that they wanted another choice - every passing day makes such a development less likely.

Republicans are deciding that Mr Trump - warts and all - is their guy. The scene last week, where Mr Trump - who once backed an assault weapons ban - received a hero's welcome and an unusually early endorsement from the National Rifle Association, only drove that point home.

Hillary Clinton has a Bernie Sanders problem

Sanders supporters love their man but are cool on Hillary Clinton - for now

A recent Economist/YouGov poll shows that among Sanders supporters, 55% would vote for Mrs Clinton, 15% would back Mr Trump and the rest either don't know or would pick someone else. It's not particularly surprising, given that 61% of Sanders backers view Mrs Clinton unfavourably and 72% say she's "not honest and trustworthy".

Speaking of Mr Sanders, his supporters cite these recent head-to-head polls as evidence that their man should stay in the Democratic race despite delegate maths that make victory seem extremely unlikely. In the YouGov poll, which shows Mrs Clinton with a 42% to 40% lead over Mr Trump, Mr Sanders had a 48% to 39% advantage.

That seems to support the contention that Mrs Clinton's supporters are more likely to back Mr Sanders in a general election match-up than the other way around.

It also could be an indication of what the Washington Post's Philip Bump calls the "special of the house" effect. When presented with two options that they don't like - Mr Trump and Mrs Clinton - some voters are inclined to go for a third, less-known choice.

The response from the Clinton camp is that Mr Sanders has largely avoided being targeted by his opponents on the left or the right, while the former secretary of state has been bloodied on the political battlefield for decades.

The Sanders problem isn't going away

There will be no rematch of the contentious Clinton-Sanders debate in New York last month.

The exchanges over head-to-head polling are just part of the increased tension within the Democratic Party that could be having a negative effect on Mrs Clinton's polling numbers.

Earlier this week, the Clinton campaign announced that it would not take part in a proposed California Democratic debate hosted by Fox News, prompting a stern rebuke from the Sanders team.

Although Democratic officials have made some attempts at peace-brokering, including offering Mr Sanders the chance to name members of key national convention committees, the man who only recently joined the Democratic Party has continued to rankle the party establishment.

On Sunday, for instance, he told a television interviewer he planned to back the candidate challenging Democratic National Committee Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz in her congressional primary.

On Monday Mr Sanders predicted that the Democratic National Convention would be "messy".

So what you're hoping for is Bernie correct? Because Trump is a loose cannon with no policies on anything and no chance to be elected.

Answer 1 question

What goes through you and your compatriots minds that your response would immediately be about eating soiled shorts. I've suspected for years that many cops and ex cops have personality disorders but how do soiled shorts even enter your train of thought?

Cornhusker most cops and ex-cops are very conservative in nature on a lot of issues. The one thing we have a intense dislike for is a weak backbone liberal that we have a tendency to put them down at the bottom of the gene pool.
Well when you think about it, fecal matter is also at the bottom of the cesspool and we think of liberals like you and $hit being on a even par at the bottom of the cesspool.
Does that answer your question or do I need to type slower for you to comprehend the message?

Phones with cameras and videos and body cameras have ruined it for the modern day cop haven't they.? The psychology of the poster and his mindset toward those he sees as inferior should bring up a red flag as much as the recent headlines of cops crossing the line to brutalize those they are sworn to protect.

Dude do you really think that post would get me fired. You are wrong, what I do, to a certain limit, on my private time, not on the job, is protected by the first amendment.
I will tell you what I did to a liberal who thought he was above all others, especially cops. In fact the guy reminds me of the few idiot liberals we have on here.
I was patrolling in my beat and about 6 houses away from where our Sheriff lived when a black lab ran out in front of my patrol car. Third year on the job.
I slammed on the brakes to prevent hitting the dog. I heard someone yelling at me and observed this idiot mowing his lawn to the side where I had stopped to avoid the dog. The idiot yelled at me, are you going to do something about that dog running loose. I got out of my unit walked over to the idiot and advised him that I had requested the dispatcher to send out animal control as they were the agency responsible for dogs running loose off lease.
This idiot, who was full of himself as most are, started yelling at me that he paid my salary and he demanded that I do something about the dog right now. I tried to reason with him to no avail.
He continued to yell even though I was standing 5 feet in front of him and told me again he paid my salary and demanded that I should round that dog up and take him away. He also advised me that he was a friend on my sheriff and would report me.

I reached into my pocket and took out a quarter and flipped the quarter towards him and stated, here is a quarter to pay you back for your share of taxes that went towards my paycheck, now we are even. I then wished him a good day and left.

yes I was standing tall on the carpet the next day in front of the sheriff and was told not to ever do that again. To me it was worth the butt chewing. Oh, I did find out that the idiot was a Democrat that volunteered to work events for the local Democrat party. Just another liberal Democrat that thinks he is better then everyone else that thinks different then he does. Some things never change.

I will never change concerning my feelings that liberal progressive idiots are at the bottom of the gene pool right along with the crap they swim in.

Dude trying to make your point you again are comparing apples to oranges. A progressive liberal is not part of any particular race and is not taboo as a racial slur is. Also that incident that I posted above happen in 1977, not the fifties when I was a kid.
I would think you would know the difference since you are a admitted racial bigot. You really need to lay off that firewater!

It sure is funny that Hillary keeps saying to the dumb masses that she did not do anything wrong, but her aides will not answer the questions and the lawyers are running blockage to prevent any information coming out.
I guess that is why more and more voters are reaching the conclusion that Hillary is a liar and can not be trusted.

Lawyers for senior Hillary Clinton aide Cheryl Mills, during a nearly five-hour deposition last week in Washington, repeatedly objected to questions about IT specialist Bryan Pagliano?s role in setting up the former secretary of state?s private server.

According to a transcript of the deposition with watchdog group Judicial Watch released on Tuesday, Mills attorney Beth Wilkinson ? as well as Obama administration lawyers ? objected to the line of questioning about Pagliano, who has emerged as a central figure in the FBI's ongoing criminal probe of Clinton's email practices.

?I'm going to instruct her not to answer. It's a legal question,? Wilkinson responded, when asked by Judicial Watch whether Pagliano was an ?agent of the Clintons? when the server was set up.

This was a pattern repeated throughout the deposition by the seven lawyers for Mills -- including four attorneys representing the State and Justice departments, as well as her personal representatives.

Asked direct questions about when Mills spoke with Pagliano, Mills' lawyer also objected.

In other exchanges relating to the server's set-up, Mills said she did not know how to answer either.

"I don't know how to answer your question because I don't know the time period,? Mills said, when asked when she spoke with Pagliano. She did clarify that she met him in 2008 during Clinton's first presidential campaign. Mills served as Clinton?s chief of staff at the State Department and her counsel.

Pagliano, a former State Department employee, cut an immunity deal last fall with the Justice Department amid the FBI probe. He was recently described to Fox News by an intelligence source as a "devastating witness."

Mills had recently gone to court to make sure that recordings of this past Friday?s deposition were not released. The request was granted by the court, though Judicial Watch was still able to release the transcript.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton told Fox News on Tuesday that they have ?more information than we did before the deposition despite difficult questioning.?

He added, ?Mills? attorneys directed her not to discuss conversations with Pagliano.?

Mills also testified under oath that the server existed before Clinton became secretary of state in 2009.

?President Clinton had established a server for the purposes of his own staff office, and ? her email was subsequently put on that,? Mills said, adding that she learned about the server?s origin after the fact.
