Home-made Asparagus Chicken Pot Pie, with lots of mozzarella tonight. Found an amazing frozen blend, with green beans and asparagus - no peas. It's used more in stir fry's. Packed it in solid in lower crust, covered and slit the top. Looked nice, and tasted even better!!! Since I was running the oven, just had to throw in two dozen bacon-wrapped tater tot's for snacks. Sriracha aioli to dip with was amazing!!!

Left-overs with the MIL. Added in some corn and Cole slaw salad w/ pimentos. Who else remembers pimento cheese sandwiches with their parents on a road trip? I can still picture those concrete picnic tables!!!
