Hunting gps maps

I paid 30 bucks to up grade my Hunt Utah chip for my Garmin Rhino. It says upgrade from a V 14 to V 16. I think this is the second time I have done this. But I can't get threw the process to upgrade . Has anyone else had the same problems. I have emailed them as it says to do. All the do is email me the instruction again. I have tried to call them and there are now people that answer to help you. They just tell you to email them. I know its just probably me or it says I don't have the newest upgrade on something. Anyone having these same issues ?

Last time I did it they just sent me a new chip.

But will try again.
