not too bad of a deal. its not like they are killing elk in your neighbor hood park where your kids play. its still the forest, just some imaginary lines say that it is a state park. now they have a problem on their hands. its a great idea and should be used in other areas also.

I agree just surprised there isn't a lawsuit filed against it yet.
All parks should have this tool in place to when the herds get big for the carrying capacity.

Good idea, I doubt the anti's will let it go with out putting up a fight about it though.
