I used one a lot last year. If I was shooting from a bench, I could see using one. It was great being able to dial the yardages, and it held it's zero well. I did have more trouble than usual with ocular focus, aggravated by my glasses no doubt.
But I'm an old school hunting guy, and a rangefinder and fooling around with a scope is too much to do fast. I'll take the "hold a foot over" approach in the field and stick to the rangefinder.
