I had recorded the Players Championship golf to watch last night, after the girls went to bed. Before I started, I watched some of the show "Chopped". Made me wonder how I would do, if they gave me awful stuff in a basket to cook?

Must have been on my 3rd or 4th gin/tonic. Thought about the stuff in the fridge and pantry, so this afternoon I laid all this crap out to fix tonight!! Actually turned into a pretty good meal!!
