When you're getting tired of potatoes or chips at dinner, just make extra breakfast grits. Turn them into Garlic Cheddar grits with lots of salt and pepper, spread in a baking pan, and put in the fridge to set up. Then at dinner, you can cut them out with your biscuit cutter, flour dredge and egg wash, roll in panko crumbs. Had all these little jars in the fridge, with just a little sweets left, so blended it all up for a sauce. Delicious!!!
