Iran isn't a great threat to us, Israel maybe but who cares.

Typical 'dude logic'. If you truly believe Iran isn't a "great threat" to America, I suppose you feel the Taliban wasn't a "great threat" either.
He isn't "half right" on this issue, he is "half baked" and says whatever he thinks the crowd in front of him wants to hear. He has NO PRINCIPLES, and he has NO CORE VALULES, except the desire to be the President so he can "take care of all of us". Being wrong "half the time" on tax cuts is one thing, being wrong on who is/isn't a "great threat" could/will cost thousands of American lives. Being "half right" on why Americans own guns isn't quite the same as being wrong on who our friends/enemies/threats are.

So just what are you going to do about Iran? don't forget China and Russia are behind them so exploratory war isn't an option on this time. you might also tell us who is going to fight them? we can't even gather up enough troops to fight the growing Taliban threat but you tough guys want to show Iran who's boss. who's going to pay ? we have to borrow the money just to fight in Iraq as it is and China won't fund a war with their oil supply. so you talk tough but carry no stick, Iran knows the only threat they have is from sanctions and that's what they're going to get, if China abides by them that is.
Iran is a threat of sorts, but the cost of taking them on is too high at this point for the threat they pose. not only in the cost of war but the total world economy chaos that would result, 40% of the world oil flows through Iran. we'll keep pushing for more sanctions , we don't have any choice so why make fools of ourselves saying otherwise.

Iran can be brought to their knees far faster then dude thinks. We do not have to invade them as we did in Irag. Keep the sanctions on them to distroy their economy and force change from inside by the people revolting.
If it appears that they are close to developing a atomic weapon. bomb those sites with precision munnitions to distroy that option. Dude forgets that the 40% oil flow can also be stopped by precision bombing of the pumping sites to stop that flow of oil and money to their coffers. China and Russia may yell, but that will be all they will do. The last thing they want is a war with us when the odds are too great that they will not win.
But if we listen to Dude's expert military advice, we will pay big time when Iran is allowed to develope atomic weapons to sell to every Jihad terr group that wants to plant one in New York or Washington D.C.
