Looking to hunt Kansas in 2024

Research the WIHA atlas, apply for the unit of your choice and go hunt if drawn. Make a scouting trip in July, knock on doors, talk to wheat harvesters in the fields and you should find places to hunt. Kansas is filled with good people. Buying outfitted hunts only contributes to the demise of hunting in Kansas. The more clients, the more outfitters, the more leased ground. Kansas can be done DIY with a little ground work.
