Heres a recipe for some hot jerky if you like it spicy.
Big Bull's Hells Fire Jerky Recipe:
3-6 pounds of Lean Venison (deer or elk)
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup of Barbeque sauce (hickory)
3 Tbsp Course ground black pepper
1/2 Cup of Daves Extremely Hot Hot sauce
Mix all ingrediants together add the meat and let sit for 24 hours. After sitting 24 hours place in smoker or dehydrator for 6-16 hours. WARNING THIS IS GONNA BE HOT SO IF YOU DONT LIKE SPICY STUFF DONT USE THIS BUT I SWEAR ITS GOOD!!
