Hadn't made any for a while, and really love that sweet chili sauce!!

Soft boil the eggs, so they will peel but not get too hard when baked. Take a roll of spicy sausage and wrap each egg, about 1/4 " thick. Roll in Panko bread crumbs and bake 30-40 minutes at 375. I like sweet chili sauce, but use anything you like. They refrigerate good, and go nice on picnics
